This project was taken over in 2017 by Alia Investment as part of its ongoing development in the Maldives’ hospitality sector. The scope of work included extensive woodwork on 24 beach villas, where skilled craftsmanship was applied to create luxurious and functional living spaces. This involved the construction of wooden structures, fittings, and finishes that complemented the natural environment, enhancing the villas’ aesthetic appeal.

In addition, the project also included the complete construction of 60 water villas, which are designed to provide an exclusive, overwater experience for guests. These villas required specialized work to ensure they were both durable and luxurious, offering a premium stay. The work carried out at K. Cross Road reflects Alia Investment’s commitment to developing high-end resorts that blend modern luxury with the natural beauty of the Maldives, contributing to the growing tourism industry in the region.
